Procedure:
The updated rules of procedure for 2026 will be updated soon, as changes are being made to the 2025 ROP. They cover key material regarding conference procedure, the flow of debate, methods to draft resolutions, as well go over the specificities of special committees.
Hotel booking guide
The pins on the map indicate hotels; green pins are the cheapest, followed by red, then black.
The yellow pin is the Oxford Union debating chamber where we will meet for Opening and Closing ceremony and so is a good reference of the City Centre.
