  • Greetings delegates! My name is Maaheen Faisal and I will be serving as your head chair in ECOSOC!

    I have recently completed my masters in philosophy and currently on my path to pursue a phD as well.

    With a good amount of experience in the public speaking realm, I am super elated to see you all in action, deliberating and discussing, forming alliances and drafting resolutions that can have a significant impact in the real world as well.

    Always remember, your biggest asset in any conference will never be your speech but rather someone else’s speech.

    With that, can’t wait to see y’all at OxiMun’24!

  • My name is Stephanie Bryson, and I’m excited to be your Chair for the ECOSOC committee at OxIMUN 2024! I’m originally from Peru and currently study International Relations and Politics at De Montfort University .I’ve been involved in MUN since my high school days, and it has been an incredible journey of learning and growth. Beyond my passion for global politics and spending time in the library, I’m also dedicated to volunteering with the Cancer League in Peru. Additionally, I enjoy playing volleyball as a way to stay active, and when I miss home, I love cooking Peruvian dishes.
