You can apply to participate in OxIMUN 2023 through this website. Registration can be done either as an Individual Delegate, as a Small Delegation comprising 2 to 4 delegates, or as a Large Delegation comprising 5 or more delegates. Payment should be made by credit/ debit card as part of the registration form. If you are unable to make payment by credit/ debit card, please email for assistance.

All delegates are charged the same delegate fees. Registering as Small Delegation allows you to register up to 1 faculty advisor, and also makes you eligible for the Best Small Delegation Award. Registering as Large Delegation allows you to register more faculty advisors, and also makes you eligible for the Best Large Delegation Award.

You can apply together with a Small Delegation or Large Delegation, and you will be billed together with your delegation. If you are the faculty advisor for multiple delegations, you only need to register together with one of your delegations.

We are sorry, but we cannot accept applications from anyone who will be under the age of 18 at the start of the conference.

Yes, we offer a Socials Package that delegates and faculty advisors can indicate interest in during the registration process. As the vast majority of participants have opted for the socials package in the past, we strongly encourage everyone to sign up for it!

OxIMUN 2023 is unable to provide accommodation for participants. We will keep you updated on recommendations and possible discount packages that we can secure for you.

No participant is entitled to a refund. This is because we have already paid for our venues and logistics based on the number of people attending. However, if you are unable to attend due to exceptional personal circumstances, or due to being denied a Visa to enter the UK, please email the Secretary-General who will consider each request on its own merits. The decision of the Secretary-General is final.

We cannot guarantee to offer a fee waiver or provide monetary assistance to many of those seeking to attend the conference. We strongly recommend that delegates attempt to raise funds from their own university, or by contacting external sponsors directly.

Update [20/09/2023]: International applicants who require a visa to enter the UK are advised not to apply due to visa processing times. Visa support letters will no longer be issued.

Yes, if needed the Secretary-General can provide a letter of introduction to support your UK visa application. However, please be aware that visa decisions are at the discretion of the Embassy or Consulate and we are unable to do anything more than urge them to consider your application favourably.

Please email if you have any questions with regards to the accessibility of our facilities or any other requirements that you may have. We will try our best to facilitate your OxIMUN experience as per your needs.
